I bought this because it has the same shape as the Form 8, but costs less than half the price. The location of the control button is less than ideal, and it's not quite as powerful, but it gets the job done just fine.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
