This is a handy little toy to have if you’re trying out new things. It’s definitely beginner friendly. The one thing that I wished it did better was the vibration to be much stronger. It was a little on the weak side but otherwise good value for what you paid for.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
