Exactly as stated in the description. However I think I would prefer to get something with a bit more weight, personal preference.
These are beautiful to look at, slick black glass, smaller than I anticipated so is reccomend the large size if you want a good workout. However they are good value for money and come with a bag to keep them safe. Quality and style.
