I had a bit of a thrill using this because it's steel and heavy and so smooth, I can't wait to use it warm on a cool day, cool on a hot day, the nobbly bits press you and it's so sexy and strange. Would get off showing others this and seeing the shock on their faces!

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
