Great for pelvic floor health and stimulation. I have not found it to be useful for self pleasure. But my husband noticed a difference.

Recommended by my physio I bought this and as my husband has said it's made a huge difference and sorted my other problems too. Absolutely recommended to anyone wanting to work on their pelvic floor. One happy husband and a very happy wife
