I have loved these so far!
I haven't used kegel balls in years but love these compared to my previous ones. Definitely recommend trying.
Comfortable to wear all day long and can feel them just enough to notice when walking, but not so much to be distracting.
I haven't tried the heavier weight yet as still getting used to the lighter weight, but love that when I am ready, I can just change them out and don't have to buy something new.
Can be a little hard to clean because of this but worth it for the convenience.
Suggestion: Wear them at work and give yourself some pelvic exercises to try while sitting at your desk.
Packaging is nice and keeps everything together.
My first time using Kegel Balls. After doing a bit of research I chose these ones. It’s so comfortable to wear. Discreet - I’ve even been wearing it at work!
