When I first recieved this butt plug I did a test pump before use to know the limits before inserting and noticed that it was very thin, I could see through the latex when pumped up. I then let it down and it went back to as it was before. After the first use, the latex was deformed and permanently stretched even though I hadn't pumped it up anymore than the test pump. Doubt it will last very long.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
