My ex bf brought me this a few months ago and wow it really helped through the breakup, but really this is a good product , It's got lots of different settings and i like how the tip is shaped.
Its pretty easy to clean and store but it is battery powdered which can be a bit annoying but it doesn't run batteries out too quickly which is good. It's really easy to get running just simple clicking buttons and twisting the bottom off to get the batteries in and out.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
