It’s too small, and hard to move the thighs out of the way. Decent but there are better options out there.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
