Simple but very effective.
Easy to use and comes with velcro cuffs for beginners. If you want to go a little heavier, cut the velcro off and attach any cuff to the metal link.
Experimenting with one over the door and one under the door, for both hands and feet. Very versatile and strong.
So glad I purchased this!.
Haven't used with my partner however I have set them up on the door and they're so sturdy and quite comfortable, can't wait to surprise my man.
