I mainly bought it for the rimming feature which is really underwhelming, I couldn't even tell it was on. Rest of the plug is fine though but definitely not worth the price unless the rimming feature is improved.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
