So although this product is a little more expensive, I feel it is value of money. It comes in its once litle discreet carry case with the remote and a charger cable (so great for travelling with). I ove that it comes with a wireless remote so that my wife has control of the vibrations, and use, adds so much to the pleasure time. The variety of vibrating patterns is great and also the fact when you find a pattern you like you can increase or decrease the strength of the vibration, so again it is good for prolonging the sensation. It fits easier than I thought it would and unlike other toys remains in place during use. Make sure you use plenty of lube and it will bring you hours of fun and pleasure

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
