These tassles are a weird shape almost cone like, the beads are sewn inside too far back and are hard to twirl. You can buy far better for this price.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
