The first thing I noticed was just how smooth the silicone feels. It has that soft, almost velvety texture than immediately feels higher quality than cheaper options. The overall built quality feels amazing and solid, not flimsy or hollow. The controls are simple and easy to figure out without having to go searching online. It runs quietly enough that you can be bit cheeky with it, which makes the whole experience a lot more relaxed. Charging is reasonably quick and the batter can hold its own. One of those products that does what it should and then a bit.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
