Strapped in and quiet, with your hands pulled down behind you and no way to reach them forward again. The breathable ball sits between your teeth on a padded strap that buckles behind your head, and a single webbing lead runs from the back of that strap to the cuffs at your wrists, holding them low and locked at your back for as long as it stays on.

Every part of it adjusts. The lead shortens to draw your arms up tighter or lengthens to give you a little slack, and the cuffs close with hook and loop so they come off the moment someone decides they should. Padded throughout where it touches you, so the strain is on the position, not the edges.
