very basic standard beginner pump, it works and can get the job done but the included bottom seal ring was too tight and choked the blood flow a bit too much and even when i used it, it didnt provide much comfort bonus. the tube still pushes really hard into my pubic area. My work arround is to buy a pump sleeve either full length or just a bottom part to make a seal. ATMS has them and it works super well, cheap too. I have grown maybe 1cm after a few weeks and defiently think i could fill the tube if i tried hard enough.
