Tips for shower enema use:

Don't use hot water - the water needs to be cool warm or else it could burn you.

Check the water pressure - you don't want to blast your insides! You want a gentle flow, emphasis on gentle.

Use lube - There are two rings of muscles in your sphincter. The external ring will relax with you. But the internal ring will only relax if it senses pressure. Put lubricant on your little finger and gently open your anus before lube.

All great quality steel fittings with no ridges etc on the nozzles, however the valve is made of cheap plastic and leaks a lot, so you cant have this AND your own shower connected, which is the whole point of why I bought this system! Instead I need to fully disconnect my shower if I want to use it. So its still usable, but a bit of a hassle.
