How to Use The 360 Waterflow Enema Wand:
Begin by ensuring your wand has had a thorough wash. This ensures there is no bacteria which avoids the spread of potentially harmful organisms. Attach the wand to a shower hose or bulb which has a capacity for water. Lubricate the nozzle of the enema next. Stand in an area where water is able to be easily cleaned such as a tub or shower. Lubricate yourself and insert a finger to to relax your body before douche insertion. Insert the wand into the anus gently and slowly. Once in the anus, squeeze turn on the water pressure or squeeze the bulb to slowly release the liquid into the anus. Hold the liquid inside for a couple of seconds before letting it out. Repeat this action until you are cleaned, or the bulb is emptied. Ensure all water is let out once done.
