I brought this product as a bit of a let's see what the hype could be. As a solo player without a partner currently I wanted to get the best play experience so thought this could introduce a new element. I feel like I am still finding my rhythm with getting these attached correctly to give me enough stimulation. Also mindful I've stopped breastfeeding so my nipples are regaining their sensitivity. As you might imagine, when you begin to twist the knob, your nipples are sucked very, very hard, and there is a little pain. But pain quickly turns into pleasure and produces it's desired result. No one can suck your nipples as strong as these guys. Wish I was using them right now
