How to use the She-ology Interchangeable Weighted Kegel Set:
Start with the exerciser you are most comfortable with; if you are a beginner, it is the lightest exerciser in your kit. Insert a well lubricated exerciser into the vagina, leaving the retrieval cord outside of the vagina for easy removal. A water-based lubricant is recommended.
Contract your pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for 5 seconds, and then relax for 5 seconds. Try it 4 or 5 times in a row. Work up to keeping the muscles contracted for 10 seconds at a time, relaxing for 15 seconds between contractions.
It is recommended to practice your Kegel exercises daily, starting with 15 contractions each day, gradually increasing to 50 contractions. You may notices benefit to your pelvic floor strength in 8 to 12 weeks when done faithfully.
