I carry a little extra weight around the hips, so I was worried about the fit of the harness. It actually fit very well. My only real issue is the size of the dildo. I prefer a 6" and have several other brands in the same size. When this one arrived, it is smaller than my others. It's more if a 5". Still fun to use, but not the best accuracy on measurements.
