ATMS are brilliant! First rate service, I ordered and received my order in a day! Sadly, the item I bought did not provide such a fast delivery. It wasn't cheap, so I expected a much better product. This is perhaps where ATMS let me down. The filters I used to search should have meant this item was never seen by me. I'm fairly sure it isn't the kind of product I can return if its not mechanically faulty. Under 'noise rating' there was nothing, so I looked at other similar products to assess if any had a noise rating, none did. It also didn't say if it was powerful, apart from in the 'sell' produced no doubt by the manufacturer, so hardly authentic. All these products should have a 1-10 rating on Power. Longevity and noise at the very least! These should be given by ATMS so it is independent.
