Made of smooth silicon, it is both textured and ribbed on the outside, but super smooth on the inside, making it so easy to insert a finger, small toys, or a hose from.an enema bag.
A weird concept, a hollow plug, but now this is the smallest of 3 I own.
It is just like a regular butt plug, but with so many other opportunities.
Drawback of this one, is you will want another, and the bigger the better.
