Really really effective. Tried this after a decade of the durex gel. This way way stronger, so do need to be a little careful with how much to use. But well worth it. Not something to use all the time, but great fun for both when you do.
Works as soon as applied. I dont get the tingling sensation just the warming with out it being to hot. Definitely gets things flowing, you only need alittle bit so 10ml will last a long time.

Intense heat when applied to clit. Expect the same heat on your tongue when you forget where it's been applied!!!! Added fun to our night for sure 😉
