Netflix and Chill Popular Euphemism for Sex, but Is the Exact Opposite

The term 'Netflix and Chill' has become a popular euphemism for sex amongst teens and young adults in the last few years but now one professor from Cambridge University warns that the increase in usage of Netflix is actually have a negative effect on the amount of sex 16 to 64 year olds are having.
It seems that people are, in fact, having less sex as they are too preoccupied with Netflix and the full series' in HD quality it has to offer.
It isn't a coincidence that there has been an increase in the "binge-watching" of series' with the introduction of Netflix in 2012 and the decrease in sex from that time.
For people who already have a significant other or are dating someone, Netflix may be the perfect ticket for getting some action but if you are alone it may just be the barrier for meeting someone.
