Firstly, the image of the toy displayed is slightly different to the toy I received, it has more of a classic buttplug shape. Secondly, it's way bigger than I was expecting, at about 7.2 inch girth. Had to order the smaller size 5.5 inch and am working up to this one. It has a hard core surrounded by a softer but still fairly firm exterior. I'd say this one is strictly for those with a lot of experience in anal play.
