Yes, there's teeth. Do they feel good? Sometimes, other times they're more than uncomfortable but rarely. It's not open so drying is a nightmare, but it does feel better than similar open ones.

Absolutely love this plug! The full feeling it gives is amazing, detach the hose and go for a walk the weight inside just adds to the pleasure. Only issue is the hose pops out if you get lube on it. Great plug, im hooked on inflatables now.
