After using this product I can say it sure works at extending the pleasure that you aim for. I personally enjoyed it. And partner said it felt good for him tkk.
The benifits of this is that it extends your or your significant others 🍆 and with a semi realistic feel.
One draw back is getting it on. Can be difficult and also a bit of a turn off. So practice before use is my advise.
Not tried any others. So can’t comment on if it sets it an apart.
I would recommend it. But again, practice makes for an enjoyable time.

Absolutely love this plug! The full feeling it gives is amazing, detach the hose and go for a walk the weight inside just adds to the pleasure. Only issue is the hose pops out if you get lube on it. Great plug, im hooked on inflatables now.
