I as a female enjoy both the heat and tingling. I find them better one at a time than mixed.
My husband enjoys the tingling more than the heat as he finds it a bit too warm.
Over all we both really enjoy this product.

Used the store many times and never really had any problems. Delivery was delayed but still only a few days. The wet stuff lube is very good.
