I was excited to try something new. This product sounded really good and I really loved that it was ment to be whisper quiet. Well when I turned it on I got such a big fright from how loud and how hard out the vibration was. I won’t be able to use it because it’s far to intense. Everyone else in the house will hear it going and the smell of it even after being washed is so chemically i don’t want to use it because it will probably cause huge irritation.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
