besides thickens a bit, it does little else. the medical-style pump seems to be the let down. the sleeve can and did rip. other parts seem robust. the vibrator is best given to your partner

Absolutely love this plug! The full feeling it gives is amazing, detach the hose and go for a walk the weight inside just adds to the pleasure. Only issue is the hose pops out if you get lube on it. Great plug, im hooked on inflatables now.
