With this all-encompassing system, your cleansing needs are taken care of. Use the stainless steel hose by simply attaching it to your water outlet (an adapter may be required for some fittings). Then choose one of the two deep cleansing nozzles and screw it on. Now, you have plenty of reach, to get an in-depth clean. On the go? The travel bulb can be used anywhere, with the same interchangeable nozzles. All your anal cleaning needs are handled with the All-In-One Cleansing System by CleanStream.

Best enema device by far.

Wow. Simply intense and sure does get the job done. Mains pressure playing in the shower is so convenient compared to using a bulb, but the included bulb works really well too. I am glad I bought the diverter that is available separate to this, as it can all be left attached (or easily reattached) in the shower while not affecting normal shower use. Plus it limits the flow coming through the unit. The long extension is a good play toy all by itself!

First time Enema user.

Since I'd never had an enema before I bought the all in one shower system so I have options of what I can use. I liked the idea of the shower one so that I didn't need to refill anything and I could keep repeat until I felt clean. It was very handy to set the water to a comfortable temperature, do the enema and then use the toilet and then jump back in the shower to carry on till I was satisfied. It was really easy to use and I would recommend it others. I haven't used the bulb yet as the shower system worked so well but I'm sure I'll use it soon when I take it with me on holiday.
