ATMS New Zealand Christmas and New Year Delivery Information 2024-2025

New Zealand Christmas Delivery Information:
We are closed weekends and public holidays, but we are packing and dispatching orders as usual for all normal working days during the Christmas and New Year period and beyond!
As well as weekends, ATMS is closed on the below public holidays:
Wednesday 25th Dec - Christmas Day Thursday 26th Dec - Boxing Day Wednesday 1st Jan - New Years Day Thursday 2nd Jan - Day After New Years Day
You can place orders at any time, but they won't be dispatched until the next working day at the earliest. Please expect delays for dispatch after both of these closure periods due to order backlog.
We recommend adding on Priority Dispatch ($10) to your order if you would like to ensure fast dispatch - you can do this when checking out.
Christmas order cut off dates:
Economy delivery ($10):
Our courier partner has recommended you place your order by 2pm on Friday 20th December for delivery before Christmas Day. Allow at least one extra working day for rural areas.
Express Delivery ($20):
This service is only suitable for delivery to residential addresses as delivery can be any time from 6-9pm on weekdays only. Someone must be present to receive the parcel otherwise delivery will not be completed.
Wellington: If you are in an area that is eligible for Express Delivery, you have until 3pm Monday 23rd December to place an order using this service.
Auckland and Christchurch: If you are in an area that is eligible for Express Delivery, you have until 10am Monday 23rd December to place an order using this service.
Saturday Delivery ($18):
If you are in an eligible area, you have until 3pm Friday 20th December to place an order using this service. This service is not eligible for rural addresses. Please note Saturday Delivery is not 100% guaranteed as drivers will only be completing deliveries until midday on Saturday 21st December. Any deliveries not completed on this day will most likely be delivered Monday 23rd December.
Discreet Shipping
We do not put any signage or logos on our packaging so no one, not even the courier, will know what you have purchased.
If you are having a gift sent directly to the receiver, no need to worry! There will not be any invoices or pricing being shown in the parcel. We also now offer gift wrapping and custom message cards which you can add to your order during checkout, so don't forget to add some Christmas cheer to any gifts you're sending!
