On these days, our customer service team will not be in the office to answer any emails or phone calls, and our warehouse team will not be dispatching any orders. Any orders placed on these days, will be dispatched the following business day.
If you want guaranteed delivery before Christmas Day, you will need to place your order before 3pm on Monday 23rd December for overnight delivery. Orders placed after our cut-off time will be dispatched the next day, for delivery on Friday 27th December.
If you want guaranteed delivery before New Year's Day, you will need to place your order before 3pm on Monday 30th December for overnight delivery. Orders placed after our cut-off time will be dispatched the next day, for delivery Friday 3rd January.

Please note: if there is a high number of orders in the queue, ordering before the cut-off time will not guarantee next day delivery of your parcel. If you need your items by a specific date please order as early as possible to prevent disappointment, or opt for our priority service (check our shipping options here).
Rural areas: If your area is usually serviced by a rural courier (e.g Rural Post), your order may take at least one additional business day to arrive. This is due to Courier Post needing to hand over the parcel to the rural courier, and when the courier is next scheduled to visit your area.
