How to use the Amore Vibrating Kegel Ball:

Before use, apply your favourite water-based lubricant to the kegel Ball and vulva. Once well lubricated, gently insert the kegel ball into the vagina with the retrieval cord remaining outside for easy removal. The muscles will automatically clench around the kegel Ball. To remove, gently pull the retrieval cord. For the best results, tense the pelvic-floor muscles or follow an exercise routine of your choice.
