These are amazing quality briefs. I have sensory issues and the fabric and elastic waist are so soft and comfortable it was like wearing nothing. They are constructed incredibly well and there are no loose seams or stray threads at all. The pockets are secured thoroughly too which is a plus.

Size wise I am a size 24 with a 45" waist and 53" hip and the 2x/3x is a perfect fit - practically felt custom made! I have a belly and a sway-back and I had good coverage front and back. The leg holes were generous and didn't cut into my thighs like other harnesses can.This size would fit someone probably up to a size 26 at a guess. I couldn't find much sizing info online so hopefully this helps someone out.

After reading another review saying to get a size larger than what you normally would we can definitely agree that this was the right choice. This size was just right despite being bigger than what he'd usually wear. A little odd to get the packer into, but does the job!
