I bought these because my research suggested they were the best option for a smaller girl who still wanted great pelvic control. I have seen the smart balls in a d.vice store and they just seemed a little large for me. These were perfect! Nice and small and not too heavy. Just be careful with insertion to make sure they are sittiing comfortabley - follow the instructions guide, it helps!
