Spread their lips and keep their mouth open and awaiting your pleasure. this locking gag features a 1.5 inch diameter opening at the front, the perfect size for accepting all sorts of objects...a rolling buckle at the back locks in place easily with the addition of a standard small size lock (not included)and is adjustable to fit most any size head. The tunnel gag extends slightly into the mouth, which keeps the teeth and tongue out of the way, leaving your sub no way to resist anything you want to feed them. The gag is made of sturdy steel and PU leather, for a high quality piece that is sure to last.

Mouth Piece is too large.

Excited to try this but when it arrived I was a little shocked at how large it was. My mouth physically could not fit around the opening. The piece that sits in your mouth is also very firm. I would expect that there would be a small amount of malleability within that piece so your teeth aren't scraping along it. Seems to be built quite well and would make for great fun if you have a larger mouth.
