Came mostly as expected and is made of good quality material. First time buying/using this toy but I know it's a classic. Pain level was low for me but just enough to satisfy me and have fun with. Personally expected the spike to be slightly more sharp but I'm a high level masochist. Would recomend for those starting to explore their masochism and any masochist.
