These are a fantastic range of kegel balls, I was well impressed. You can definitely feel the weight difference between the set of 3, and the super soft silicone coating is always a win for me. The balls rattle and jiggle as you move, causing your muscles to contract to hold them in. They're super comfortable to use, and I have used them during normal day to day chores without paying much attention (just doing the occasional few kegel excervise reps) and I feel as though they have made a difference to my pelvic floor after having two kids. Lube them up for easy entrance (I highly recommend share satisfaction water based lubricant, or any other lubricant you may have on hand) and when it comes to taking them out they have a super easy loop to pull them out. The colour is super cute as well!
