If you can get this one during the sales or promotions, I definitely recommend it! Powerful despite its size, and easy to take places with you if you are going somewhere and want to bring a toy along. It's a little louder than I'd like, but not loud enough that I wouldn't use it. I don't know that I'd ever buy it at full price, but I could see it being worthwhile at full price depending on your budget. It's small enough to easily keep in your pocket or purse, and if you're worried about it going off (which I've never had issues with) you can just take out the batteries until you need it
