Entry Details
The ‘Win 1 of 12 weekly prize packs valued at $100’ promotional period is 04.11.2018 – 26.01.2019.
Every person that signs up to the ATMS Mailing List during the promotional period will gain one entry into the draw. All entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
Winning and Claiming the Prize
Weekly draws will be conducted at ATMS headquarters.
Winners from onsite activities will be contacted via email for instructions on how to claim the prize.
The winners may not conduct interviews with print or electronic media concerning the promotion without Adulttoymegastore consent.
Prizes are subject to availability. The prize will consist of one or more items, with a current RRP value of $100.00 or more. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or part. The winner will receive the entire prize at one time.
Adulttoymegastore reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
Adulttoymegastore reserves the right to refuse any prize to an entrant who Adulttoymegastore decides (in its discretion) has violated the rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
Adulttoymegastore reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue the promotion at any stage, for any reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by law Adulttoymegastore will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of promotion entry or winning the promotion prize.
All entrant personal details will be held by Adulttoymegastore and may be used for the purpose of the promotion and for future promotion and marketing purpose unless otherwise directed by entrants at the time of entry.
