An unnamed 31-year-old Italian man turned up to A&E with a 23-inch dildo stuck inside him after having no success removing the toy at home. I want to know how he got himself there in the first place!

Doctors begun trying all the normal methods to remove the toy, but to no success.
The dildo was "too big and smooth." Meaning that the normal instruments couldn't create enough pull to discharge the toy.
Therefore a new tool was required. It's said that some of the greatest inventions are created from an accident. However this probably wasn't the accident you had in mind.
The doctors put their ingenuity together to create a lasso-like implement that would catch the end of the dildo and drag it out.
