Terms and Conditions for Hell Pizza x ATMS collab

This is a strictly R18 campaign - adults will need to verify their age before opting-in to receive the Adulttoymegastore Bullet or C-Ring Toy. HELL and Adulttoymegastore have ensured that the adult toys will be discreetly packaged and sealed with an R18 sticker.

Hell Pizza x ATMS Promotion Terms and Conditions

• 1. Entry into the Hell Pizza Valentine's Day Promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• 2. The promoter is The Depths LP trading as Hell Pizza (HELL). The Promotion is being run for online orders only at all participating HELL stores (Participating Stores). The Promotion is not available for orders placed in-store, even at Participating Stores.
• 3. The Promotion commences from 12noon 12 February 2022 and closes at 9pm 14 February 2022 or while stocks last (Promotional Period).
• 4. To enter the Promotion and receive your FREE Adulttoymegastore Bullet Vibrator (Bullet), or C-Ring, you must during the Promotional Period order a minimum of one double pizza online through the HELL website or mobile app and enter the code HELLVIBES at the time of entry.
• 5. There are 5,500 Bullets & C-Rings nationwide. You are only eligible to receive one Bullet or C-Ring during the Promotional Period or per HELL online account holder. Each Participating Store has a limited number of Bullets and C-Rings and the Promotion will no longer be available at any Participating Store once that Participating Store is out of stock of each toy type. HELL will do their best to notify you at the time of pizza purchase if the Bullet or C-Ring is out of stock at your Participating Store. We do not accept any liability if stocks run out.
• 6. Entry is open to adults aged 18 years or older. Given the adult nature of this Promotion, age verification may be requested at time of collection.
• 7. The Bullet is for external use only. This means it must not be inserted anywhere inside your body. Please ensure you carefully read the detailed instructions here to ensure the safe operation and care of the Bullet Vibrator.

• 9. The Bullet or C-Ring are not redeemable for cash. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion that HELL may be running concurrently.
• 10. When you enter your email address here, you are consenting to have your email address added to the ATMS VIP list and you will receive promotional emails.
You will receive 1 x entry in to win $475 cosmopolitan adult toy pack and a unique code to receive $10 off your next purchase, valid at www.adulttoymegastore.co.nz. $10.00 off is on product only and does not include delivery, or optional extras. The code will be valid 8am 12th February 2022 until 12th March 2022 at 12noon. The Cosmopolitan toy pack winner will be chosen at random on 31 February 2022 and will be contacted via Email.
• 11. Employees of Adulttoymegastore, HELL and Participating Stores are not eligible for the Promotion.
• 12. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HELL and Participating Stores and Adulttoymegastore will not be liable for any losses, injuries, costs or expenses suffered or incurred (directly or indirectly) by any person in connection with entering this Promotion or the use of the Bullet or C-Ring.
• 11. HELL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or extend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time and without giving reasons.
