If selecting "Signature Required" at checkout, your courier driver will ensure your parcel is handed over to the receiver whilst maintaining a 2m distance, so you will not be required to sign but this will still ensure the parcel is not left unattended.
Yes there may be delays. Our distribution and delivery partners have advised there may be minor delays during the sortation process due to strict hygiene and social distancing protocols being in place. As a result, your order may take a little longer to get to you than usual. As usual, when your order has been picked, packed and collected, you will receive a tracking reference. If we are behind on delivering on our estimated dispatch timeframe, we will let you know proactively via email.
