• Between: 1pm 20th December 2018 - 8am 21st December 2018 - we will try our best to deliver before Christmas day.
• After 8am, Friday 21st December 2018 - will be delivered after Christmas, on standard courier timeframes.

We are open and dispatching parcels throughout the Christmas and New Year period (excluding statutory holidays and weekends!)

Adulttoymegastore New Zealand Delivery Rates and Options

We deliver New Zealand-wide from our Wellington warehouse. We use plain packaging with no logos or branding, to ensure 100% discretion of your order.

We try our best to have all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday dispatched the same day but some days we just can't get through them all, even in our active wear! So if for any reason your order is not dispatched same day, or you order after the cut off time, rest assured we will dispatch it the next business day.

All our parcels are delivered securely and discreetly via Courier Post.

We offer a number of different courier services:

Standard Service - $10

Next Business Day Delivery Nationwide.

Delivery to any of the following:

• Street Address
• Business Address
• PO BOX
• Parcel pod
• NZ POST Parcel Collect Shop

Please note: if there is a high number of orders in the queue, ordering before the cut-off time will not guarantee next day delivery of your parcel. If you need your items by a specific date please order as early as possible to prevent disappointment, or opt for our priority service.

Rural areas: If your area is usually serviced by a rural courier (e.g Rural Post), your order may take at least one additional business day to arrive. This is due to Courier Post needing to hand over the parcel to the rural courier, and when the courier is next scheduled to visit your area.

Parcel Collect - $10

Personally pick up your parcel from participating NZ Post outlets.

• This service is available to all customers
• At the cart page, once you have entered your address, we will provide you the five closest NZ post outlets near you and you can choose the most suitable.
• You will be notified by email when your parcel is ready for collection. Please bring a valid ID with you.
• Cost: $10.00

On Demand 90min Service - $20

Order between 8am - 4pm weekdays, and have your order discreetly delivered within 90 minutes!

• This On Demand service is only available to Wellington customers at eligible addresses in the following suburbs: Churton Park, Crofton Downs, Elsdon, Glenside, Grenada North, Grenada, Johnsonville, Linden, Ngaio, Porirua, Redwood, Tawa
• Some products cannot be sent via the 90min service.
• This service is only available Monday through Friday.
• Cost: $20.00

Same Day/Evening Express Delivery - $15

Order before the cut-off time and get your order the same day, between 5pm and 9pm.

• This service is only available to customers in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch.
• Order before 11am for same day delivery in Auckland or Christchurch.
• Order before 3pm for same day delivery in Wellington.
• At the cart page this service will only be made available to eligible customers.
• This service is only availabe to residential addresses as delivery times are up to 9pm.
• This service is only available Monday through Friday.
• Cost: $15.00

Saturday Delivery - $15

Receive your parcel before 12noon on a Saturday:

• This service is only available to customers in particular cities and suburbs
• At the cart page, once you have entered your address, we will validate if you are eligible for Saturday delivery.
• Your order must be placed before Friday 3pm
• If you order this service during Sat through Thursday we will hold your order and dispatch it on the Friday for delivery on the Saturday.
• Cost: $15.00

We also offer a number of Service Upgrades:

Priority Dispatch + $5.00

Get your order to the front of the dispatch queue and get your purchases out the door that bit quicker for $5.00 extra.

Signature Required

If you want to personally sign for your delivery then select this option and make sure that you are the first to get your hands on it.

• If you select this option your parcel will not be left unattended.
• This is especially recommended for high value items.
• No extra charge

Discreet Shipping

We aim to maintain full discretion throughout the whole delivery process and you can rest assured that your item will arrive in an unmarked courier bag, or unmarked box.

We do not put any signage or logos on our packaging so no one, not even the courier, will know what you have purchased
