The material itself is of decent quality, but it is see-through and does nothing to deafen! In terms of comfort it's alright but as I purchased specifically wanting something blinding and deafening, I'm a but disappointed.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
