These clamps have good vibration output-however it is limited to the base of the bullet and zero vibrations occurring/transferred via nipple clamps where contact with nipple is made. Also, spring within open mechanism is overload for the device. Even with the adjustable pins, the spring would render recipient with dead tissue fairly quickly at point of contact (nipples) if applied for any length of time. However, at base of bullet vibrations were strong so going to try repurpose them in some other way.

Absolutely love this plug! The full feeling it gives is amazing, detach the hose and go for a walk the weight inside just adds to the pleasure. Only issue is the hose pops out if you get lube on it. Great plug, im hooked on inflatables now.
