When I received the We Vibe I plugged it in and told my partner that I had plans for him. I would have loved to have told you that the product was everthing as advertised but alas I am unable to because my We Vibe would not charge.
After sending of a few emails to inquire about sending back for a replacement I received a courier bag and sent my We Vibe back. That was a few weeks ago.
I am very disappointed that when I splash out on a quality toy I am left with an empty pocket and no We Vibe in my special draw.
I will be buying my toys from the local sex shop where you can get a response from a person and the ability to walk a faulty product straight back.

My only (hopefully constructive) critisism of the web site is that many products have descriptions that lack important details relating to material of the toys and their dimensions.
