Like the headline says, this is a little bit smaller than "life size" but it's definitely not just a "sleeve". You can really get into it (no pun intended) and it feels about as close to the real thing as you can get. I'm not big on the vibrating bullets. I guess they do what they're supposed to, but the vibration isn't all that powerful (IMO). All in all, this is a nice little toy to have around when you're feeling frisky and the real thing isn't available. I highly recommend it.
